We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in mid August. We arrived at 11:30pm due to VIA arriving late into QC. I had arranged late check in with the hotel and they accomodated us. When I msg the hotel in English, I did not hear back. Then I translated my email into Chatgpt and conversed with the hotel in French after that and it worked fine and efficiently. I chose this hotel as it appeared remodeled and it was far less expensive than other hotels for 2 double beds, even when you factor in ubers and ferry rides to get to old QC. Our first night in the hotel, we slept wonderfully - the beds and linens were great. Our first full day in QC, we showered before we left and came back to find no housekeeping is done day 1 which normally is fine, however there is no fan in the washroom. The moisture sits on the walls and the wet towels just amplify the moisture trapped in the room. Sleeping became very problematic on night 2 - it was so hard to sleep in a moisture filled room, and the linens felt wet. When the housekeeping was done, the bathroom was refreshed and the beds were made, however the linens weren't changed. So night 3 of damp sheets also was problematic for sleeping. The refurbished rooms look great now but mold will set in, especially in the showers soon. Also note no shelf in shower and very little counter space in washroom. There is a great, free coffee maker in the lobby, also with tea and hot chocolate that we enjoyed. You need to wait approx 15-20 min for Uber
