Great hotel in an excellent location. Its central location made it easy to explore the city without the use of a car. Perfect base for sightseeing and enjoying the city’s charm. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Marriott. The site is beautiful, steps away from the old city. The room was gorgeous; clean, big, all amenities. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! Everyone from the front desk to the valets and concierge couldn't do enough for us. The dining staff was also excellent. All in all a fantastic experience!

The place was outdated. The staff were not helpful at all. The staff were not even able to help with recommending places or things to do. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

It's a hotel in an old building but the staff keep it in a great shape. Also the staff is so nice, helpful and kind. The location is spot on, between the old town and some great eateries on Rue Saint-Jean

This hotel did not honor our booking for the first of 3 nights. When we arrived at 5 pm they said they were overbooked and had no rooms, so they sent us to another hotel several blocks away. After an angry discussion at the front desk, they upgraded us to a suite for nights 2 and 3. This disrupted our plans for the first night of a 3 night stay, and spoiled what might otherwise have been a pleasant stay.
