The location is great, 20 min from main attractions, with a tim hortons and a small mall right next to it. The rooms are very clean, everything needed is there. Staff are very friendly and it is quite an affordable option. I highly recommend it

Amazing hotel, clean, modern rooms, parking included. Well located. One drawback: no recycling bins in the rooms, only trash cans so we kept our recycling in the car and disposed of it at home.

The bathroom could be much cleaner A pretzel under the sink when we arrived is still there (second day!) and the toilet flushes very sluggishly However the beds are super comfortabke and clean … so there is the wonderful and the not so wonderful

Unfortunately it seems like the hotel has stopped trying. Based on the amount of hair in the tub and bathroom floor, we assume the room was not cleaned. The bathroom sink was also faulty. There was one towel for our family of four so had to get towels from the front desk. The hallway also doesn't look like it's been cleaned in a long while. We will say that the beds and pillows were comfortable. Unfortunately would not recommend this hotel to others based on the cleanliness alone.

The hotel is in a good location, it was clean and my bed was very comfortable. I had an issue while checking in: the hotel policy on Expedia says the hotel accepts debit cards, credit cards and cash. I presented my debit card for the security hold of CAD $200, the hotel front desk staff Simon said they ONLY take credit cards. I was stranded as I didn’t have a credit card, and had to ask a friend for help. The hotel policy should be updated as so to prevent such inconvenience to other hotel guests.
