「The property and staff were very friendly. The room was comfortable, clean, and the property very relaxing. The staff were very helpful and provided a sauvé continental breakfast every morning along with espresso 24 hours a day. The backyard was not quite open yet but it was beautiful. The location is ideal, easy to get to and from old village and all of the sights but also off the beaten path enough to be peaceful」

「We arrived to our hotel in terrible weather and we're a bit concerned about the parking situation but the valet service made things easy for us and Pierre-Antoine was exceptional in unpacking our car and getting us setup in our room. 「Les Lofts Notre Dame was a great place to stay in Old Quebec. The loft was clean and had everything needed for a pleasant stay. The location was in the center of everything. I wish we had gotten more details ahead of time on a timeline of when we would get check in details and how we had to prepare for checking out. Otherwise…perfect!」

「They to cover the window fully the streetlight is too bright and for someone who likes to sleep in complete darkness it’s hard to sleep. Or the bedroom has to have blinds that closes fully. 」

「Good location! Everything is like photo showed on Expedia booing page. It's clean and with all household facilities. We even used kitchen to prepare a simple breakfast. But there is no receptionist on the site, the booking style is more like short-term rental. If anything happened, don't know customer will get immediate help or not???? Suggest landlord should list the deposit pre-charge and inform people who is interested to book this loft to know the pre-charge deposit is 3 times than one...
