"This place was perfect for two couples. Two bedroom two full bath fourth floor 10 minutes from Quebec city and 10 minutes to Centre Videotron where we went to go see Old Dominion. It was perfect."

"Great walking distance to everything"

"The room was clean. The staff was really friendly. Check-in and out made really easy. The concierge (Chadi) was super helpful and friendly. The property itself is not updated and furniture is old but overall its clean this is not a luxury hotel. There is a musty smell that hits you from the time you walk into the lobby. There is a gym on the second floor and it wasn't crowded as I was the only one using it at the time. The gym equipment is old and dirty. The treadmill sounded like it was about to break down and the wieght bench was dirty and rusting a bit. The bathroom and sauna was super clean though. The steakhouse restaurant that is attached to the hotel is absolutely horrible. The food was tasteless, I was definitely expecting an elevated dinning experience for the price. I didn't take breakfast at the hotel (you have yo pay extra) so not sure how that's tastes Overall the staff is friendly. The rooms are clean and basic. If that's what your looking for then you'll be happy. The huge bonus I'd say, was the underground parking. If I remember correctly the charge was $29 per day but I appreciated not having to look for parking. Personally I wouldn't stay there again because the gym, smell and outdated rooms. These are important to me, if they are not for you then its a good place with nice staff."

"Room door wouldn't lock and could be pushed open. Room and beds were clean, but no room service during our stay, so we had to chase down staff for refills."

"Le couvre-lit était sale et la balayeuse ne nous semblait pas avoir été passée puisque nous avons trouvé à plusieurs reprises de longs cheveux noirs qui clairement n'étaient pas les nôtres. Endroit tranquille, sur le bord du fleuve c'était très bien. Bon déjeûner."
