「The room was never cleaned and the amenities like hand soap etc ran out of product」

「This was our first stay at a bed-and-breakfast, it turned out to be great. Our host Brad and Julie were extremely nice very friendly. A room was great. The breakfast was fantastic, far better than you’ll get in any hotel. I would highly recommend this bed-and-breakfast to anybody that is in the Waterville area. I am sure that you will be as pleased as my wife and I were.」

「The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. The breakfast was good with warm items and staff was welcoming. The bedroom was not super clean especially the bathroom floor which clearly had not Been mopped or vacuumed.」

「My room was not cleaned. There was food on the floor along with plastic silverware and hair in the bathroom. The bed was made but had food and blood spots on the sheets. The pillow cases had drool stains on them. they gave me a second room which the floors were not vacuumed and the pillow spelt terrible. The sheets did look clean. The bathroom had strings and hair on the floor. Very disappointed! The outside was not maintained either.」

The location of the hotel is about ten minutes from WAL-MART supermarket. It is also convenient and will be selected again.」

「We take a yearly trip to Canada. On our way home we stay here every year (halfway point). Rooms are consistently clean. Staff are amazing. This year we had an issue with a friend's trailer. The staff allowed us to leave trailer in lot well beyond check out as we traveled back to Minneapolis to get another trailer. Assured us that video would capture anything around our trailer. No issues as area is in a safe area. Always felt very welcome here. Pool and hot tub are always clean, welcome...

「Carpeting on 1st floor needs updating, the hallways on the first floor are way too DARK, need better lighting. The laundry room door on the 1st floor next to the vending machines seems to be propped open on a regular basis and makes the place look trashy! Room was clean but small; the bed is very close to the microwave/refrigerator stand with very little walkway in between. The gentleman who was working the day we checked in, Thursday was very friendly & I believe he is the manager.」

「From the outside, it looks like a truckers motel. Right next to a truck stop. Duh. When I checked there was no one at the desk and access to the rooms was wide open. No interior security. The room itself was ok. Bathroom was eh. The shower was not very strong. The supplied soap and shampoo, dried my skin out terribly so. The one shinning star in this was, I lost my room key and had to wake the host up after 1:30am. They did come and get me into my room and issued another key. Found...
