"This is one of the few remaining Grand Hotel experiences remaining in the United States. Omni has taken an historic property and renovated it beautifully. The service from all of the staff was outstanding. It was our anniversary, and our room was upgraded at check in. We especially appreciated Oscar in the Audubon Dining Room, who went the extra mile for us each night.We had to leave early the day we checked out, so the front desk arranged room service for our breakfast. The spa was so relaxing and enjoyable. We will be back. Thank you!"

"Took a bit for room to cool down. Parking lot has a LOT of big construction equipment and broken pavement. Nit clear on entrance to hotel area. Not marked well. "

"Room was clean and large. Hotel is very quaint and great atmosphere. Wonderfully easy and nice breakfast. Charming building. The bed was not that comfortable but sometimes that’s a personal preference…. The location downtown is fabulous and there is a balcony restaurant that’s a must. Personnel very nice and rooms are reasonably priced. "

"The staff was good. Continental breakfast was very good. The building itself definitely needs a make over inside. Does not look like it is by Hilton for sure. You have too many hotels for this one to look as poorly as it does. "
