「1. 飯店非常新且乾淨,雖然門面很小,但房間非常舒適我們在這享受了7個晚上,冷氣空調非常舒服價格在倫敦算非常合理 2. 工作人員非常nice, 雖然沒有電梯是缺點,但如有行李會馬上有服務人員來搬忙搬至房間,我們攜帶了3個大型行李,服務人員非常樂意幫忙 3. 飯店就在地鐵旁,走路不用30秒喔!真的太太太方便 4. 飯店就在倫敦最大shopping mall旁邊,還有2個大超市,要購物要吃飯簡直方便到不行,購物累了還可以回房間休息後再繼續戰鬥 5. 飯店附近走路5分鐘的Hillton飯店公車站有oxford tube 和 outlet express停靠站,去oxford和outlet這些地方簡直方便到不行 6. 飯店正樓下有一間中國餐廳,他的新加坡菜好好吃」

「I booked this last minute when another hotel booking fell through. All I knew was that I liked the area it was in and needed a place to sleep but I was so pleasantly surprised by how nice and cute it was. Highly recommend for solo travelers! 」

「I accommodated here with my mum who's in wheelchair & I remarked our condition in the booking before checking in. However, I found the bathroom is the same as ordinary people when I saw there's a step up to the shower cubicle. As the bathroom floor doesn't have sewage, she's unable to take shower over the stays. As it's co-operated with Ibis in the same building, I'd rather go for Ibis next time as they literally provide a full accessible bathroom to us last year. Although Mercure is new...

「非常的失望！！！房间内空间太小，酒店还摆放许多东西占掉客人放衣服化妆品和箱子的地方。晚上可听见隔壁说话声、早上被对门送饭声吵醒。晚上出入酒店无人看管，让我们很不放心感觉不安全。对附近餐馆都不熟悉，每次询问总是要很久才找出一家。完全不像是一家被评价如此高的“小豪华酒店”。不会再去住了，同时对网上的评价，也起到了一定的怀疑！」

「We spent 2 nights here. Reception staff is nice and friendly. The first night wasn’t very good cause our room was so close to the restaurant from ground floor. The restaurant played loud music until 2pm which made us didn’t sleep well. We’ve talked to the reception immediately but not much improvement about the noise. 「A very nicely furnished hotel which is centrally located in the city. Just minutes off walk to Nottinghill Gate Station. Environment was nice but upon arriving my room, there were two flies inside and I spent quite some time getting them away. I thus had to keep my window shut all the time, so it was quite stuffy inside the room. Mattress was a bit too soft too. 」
