「We had a very good stay. Staff was excellent especially Patrick at guest check in. The. valet guys were great as well. Location is good for seeing many sites! Definitely park in the across the street parking garage not the one attached to the hotel. It’s nicer, cheaper, and has working elevators. We would stay here again.」

「The receptionist with long hair doesn't smile,when the door opens. TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience」

「Staff were so nice at front desk and valet. Room was great, very clean and lots of room and a refrigerator. Walkable to many nice restaurants and ballpark and Heritage Bank Center. Very nice complimentary breakfast. Would definitely stay again! 」
