「Great hotel with facilities for either exercising and lots of enclosed land for dogs to run around . Rooms are large, spacious and very clean with ample storage and fridge. Also in very good/ new condition. It was also nice to see that they allocated a nice room that was pet friendly. The bar area which allows your dogs to eat with you is also very comfy and welcoming.Great service and hearty breakfast. Would definately stay again.」

「Room was spacious and clean. Bonus having a fridge too. Staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking. Breakfast buffet was good, nice selection of options.」

「Nice hotel」

「We had a lovely stay. The hotel is modern, clean and well presented, and the restaurant, bar and breakfast teams were absolutely fantastic — friendly, welcoming and a real credit to the hotel. Unfortunately, our check-in experience was disappointing. Despite booking a luxury double room, we were initially allocated an accessible room. 「各方面都很好，早餐特別好。只是，房務人員把我自己帶來的毛巾丟了，這部分很困擾。」

「Helpful stay and clean bathroom」

「Great staff, friendly and very well informed Room was great, restaurant was excellent, bar was fantastic.」

「Nice clean room. Needs maintenance. Tables and chairs at the restaurant are all wobbly 」

「Great hotel, lovely food, friendly staff and a comfy bed.」

Rooms are small but functional but clean and all that you need. Bed was comfortable shower was great.」

「Lovely old building with original 17th century fireplace. Restaurant staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was good. Rooms were clean although basic.」

「The room standards were not great, as the rooms appeared old by hotel standards. The heating systems were exposed, and a portable air conditioner had been added to the room, which did not give it the feel of a proper hotel room. The supposedly white dressing gowns provided were visibly used, although they had been washed. One of them was also very old and discoloured into brown, so I could not use it. On my first morning, I was also disappointed with the breakfast experience. Some food items...
