「You get what you pay for. My room smelled like pee and the bathroom was not clean. There was pee on the toilet seat.」

「Room was run down. Lock for door was hanging off the wall. Holes all in the bathroom walls. Smelled like smoke even tho it was a non smoking room. Blanket had cigarette burn holes in it. Pool was closed and covered and it was mid June. Looks like it hasn’t been open in a while. Was advertised with pool but definitely not open and working. Didn’t bother with breakfast. Was kinda sketchy」

「This is the first hotel I’ve ever checked into where they didn’t ask for an ID at all. We walked into the room and there was a huge amount of hair on the corner of the bed. We also couldn’t get the tv to work. We let the front desk know the room originally didn’t have a remote. They sent one down that didn’t work so we called again. Someone came down and put some electrical tape on it and called it good. Once again it didn’t work and the front desk said they couldn’t do anything about it....

「Fantastic location, room updated but still rough around the edges...issues were.lack of staffing related possibly. First we thought we were staying at a location with amazing amenities, most were not open. Pool was closed all weekend which was a big part of choosing place. The room was not serviced all weekend and we weren't notified about that prior but when packing to leave found a sheet with a list stating no weekend housekeeping and if you wanted clean towels or garbage out it had to be...
