「Under staff at the front desk. Only 1 person checking people in and there was a line waiting to check in. Property details online listed coffee in the common area, not the case. No ice machines on the floors, had to go to the bar to get ice. Also, details said $38 a day for self-parking and was charged $78 a day. Online details had too many discrepancies.」

「The hotel is nice due to central located. However, beyond the hotel control, the neighboring buildings are abandoned and full of graffiti, so no real view of anything from the balcony. The room size was great, didn’t utilize the bar/restaurant. The downfall was the cleanliness in the bathroom and lack of water pressure in the shower. Not sure what the rules are on using bleach to clean, but the shower stall def needs it. Not sure if it was a water pressure issue or actual shower head...

I don’t think this unusual though, since on our 2nd day at the hotel, the lobby was full of check in guests at 4:15, waiting for their rooms.
