「I always make sure to stay here whenever I return home to visit. The location, staff, rooms, and parking make up for everything. Parking costs $20 a night, but it’s worth it. 」
「Aweful! The alarm keeps ringing every hour from 2 a.m. to 4 a.m. even when I unplug it. In addition, I book the room for 4 people. However, I only get three towels and three coffee. The person from the desk said it's normal. What a weird hotel. 」
「Very nice and clean property. The elevators performed better this trip. You can’t beat the nice bathrooms and comfortable beds. Plus the swim club, hot tub, sauna, steam room and other amenities make it the best place to stay in St Louis. Only complaint is ice and water for bottles. The fountains don’t work and haven’t in over a year, plus getting ice is like pulling teeth. But the food and everything else was great service at the hotel. Will stay again on future trips to St Louis.」
「Grand old hotel that is a step back in time. The hotel itself is worth exploring with its special spaces devoted to its history. Prime location within steps of Archway Park and less than half mile from Busch Stadium. But you don’t have to worry about walking to the latter because the hotel provides a shuttle to and from games. Walls are a bit thin in the rooms but they are comfortable and clean. Highly recommend it to anyone.」
「Awesome location! Arch view, 8th floor. We used the valet and it was great. Recommend Ruth Chris for all dining as the sports bar was subpar in our view. Room was very spacious and very nice to have a private bathroom area. Could use additional towel racks, maybe in the hallway. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.」
「Quincy was amazing and seemed to do it all between working the front desk and facilitating happy hour. Quincy was hospitable, fun, brought a welcoming energy, and made the trip memorable. The happy hour that included beverages and snacks was unique and well worth the money alone. Great location in St. Louis!」
