「Hotel is very outdated! Needs a lot of upkeep! Pool was closed down for 2 days and they did not apply a credit for our 7 day stay! Why Expedia supports these types of hotels is concerning.」

「The room was not cleaned the towels that were provided by the hotel had human hair even though they seemed washed. The floor was dirty with sand and where the air conditioner was the top vents need a good dusting. Same goes for the restroom vanity was dirty I had to clean the vanity with a whipping. Where the coffee machine is it looks like it hasn’t been dusted because it has dust on the machine and coffee bags look old. The price I paid for the hotel was high for such disappointing service....

「The staff was very friendly and helpful at check in. The property looks clean. The room itself was clean and the AC worked great! It’s very spacious. It has a desk, a coffee table and even a kitchen type table. There is a refrigerator and a sink. The bed was super comfy. The bathroom is very out dated. 「Very close to the beach access and the convince stores, the hotel was quiet and quite nice. The bathroom was very small and there was a small leak somewhere. The beds were exactly what we needed for a group of 5 but they were uncomfortable. The staff was extremely helpful, when we reported the leak they fixed it right away and their smiles were very welcomed. Very nice property and outdoor amenities. We really enjoyed our stay and will be booking again.」

「Excellent location by the water, a city park across street good for taking a walk, a lot of restaurants around, less than 10 min driving to the miles of beach at the south side. Hotel room is very spacious and clean, will come back if I visit Port Aransas again.」

「We enjoyed our stay. The front desk staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything that we needed. The cleaning staff was excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable. It is pet friendly and our little fur baby was comfortable as well. The Hotel is close to stores and restaurants. It is also close to the Ferry to head over to Port Aransas. Corpus Christi is close as well. We will definitely be back again soon.」
