"Beautiful room with separate sitting room, good breakfast. Spa/swimming pool disappointing."

"We had a room on the front of the hotel over the main road, if your a light sleeper - not so good. Bath needed re-enamelling in places. Room was very clean as was the bathroom, sadly one of the bedside lights hadn't been checked and was not working. Would have been nice for the Espresso pods to be identified, as there were 3 types but no identifying marks other than they had 3 different coloured edges, great if you know, but if you didn't then it was pot luck, which resulted in some of them being wasted. we'd definitely stay here again for the location and value for money in the area. Royal Albert Hall, V&A and Natural History Museums all within half a mile."

"The room was very clean, comfortable bed and a great powerful shower. I slept well and was not disturbed by being on the train side of the building. The staff were really helpful and friendly, not easy in a big busy hotel. Breakfast food was good and great value for London."

"Check-in was a bit of a hassle, as there was some kind of issue going on. I waited quite a while. However, the staff was extremely understanding and helpful, and they did their best to get it resolved as soon as possible. In the end I was comfortably checked into my room and the rest of the stay was without any issues at all"
