「The receptionist with long hair doesn't smile,when the door opens. TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience」

「The room was very nice, clean and well kept. The staff was fantastic. It was great meeting a nice and helpful person when checking in and the people in the morning keep everything stocked up and warm in the breakfast area. I was also very pleased with the parking options from the valet or the parking right next door in deck. 」

「The hotel seemed new. The room was clean and well-furnished. The bed was comfortable with lots of pillows and a nice comforter. The staff was friendly and professional. The breakfast was the expected - eggs, sausage, potatoes, fresh fruit, bagels and lots of coffee. I would visit again.」
