「Breakfast was okay. But their elevator was out and we were in the third floor! I have two 1 year olds and they did not have the cribs I asked for. The staff seemed upset with us for even showing up. 」

「This place is TERRIBLE! We arrived at 7 PM and our room still wasn’t ready. The front desk told us they were having issues with housekeeping and that the bed wasn’t made, but it would be “10 minutes.” Twenty minutes later, the room was finally done — and it was still NOT clean. There was no shampoo, the room was dirty, and they do not clean your room during your stay. If you want fresh towels, you have to bring your dirty ones to the front desk, and they only give you one set of towels for...

We didn't do any local sightseeing, mostly just had an indoorsy stay—we played cards for hours in the attractive atrium / lounge area, enjoyed the full buffet breakfast each morning, and did a movie marathon together. It was the perfect place to hibernate and be together.」
