"Not worth it. Way over priced! We stayed one night. Staff are very nice. But the place is of a by gone era. It’s old but not in a charming way. Showers in the onsen are cold and you have to wait for many minutes in order for hot water to come out. The rooms and elevators are old. the outdoor hotspring is on the top floor with no facilities (you have to go downstairs first and shower) and no real view to speak of. The location is on the main drag which is nice. But it should be 1/2 the...

"とても大きな老舗旅館、部屋も広くてびっくり。 私は朝食のみで夕食はどこかで、と思いましたが　戸倉駅周辺はわりと古ぼけていて何もなく(一件有名な蕎麦屋があるらしい) ホテル近くはほとんどのお店が閉まっていました。2月末だから、ということもあり。 なので、夕食付きのプランの方が良いかもしれません。お湯はとてもシンプルで気持ちいい、私は幸い大浴場独り占め。オフシーズンの良さです。 朝食はなんでもあるバイキング。 プライス的にも納得です。 駅までの送迎は予約したらしてくれます。"

"This is one of the best resorts you can possibly stay at. Everything is 10/10. It is all in one for everything you need. Note that the area it is in only has hotels for the most part, so it is difficult to get to a convenience store if you have no car. About an 8 minute uber which will run you about $20 USD round trip if you need something. Although often the resort has all you need. And they have bus service for free to the ski resort. I couldnt praise this resort more highly."
