Clean room with large size. Staff were friendly. Support for luggage forwarding was not as seamless as other hotels: the staff did not assist in calling ahead to the destination, and there was a waybill printer malfunction that staff did not seem to know how to resolve.

Room appeared clean but there was a horrid smell and unable to open windows to allow fresh air in. Convenient for train station but not sound proof so the railway line was very noisy most of the night.

Lovely stay

Stayed a couple of nights. Nice size comfortable room with a good view over Nagano to the mountains. Lovely breakfast room on the top floor with large windows and good views. Breakfast had a large selections of food which was very good, The hotel is close to the train station, but the rooms are not noisy from the trains. Easy town to walk around from the hotel.

Great hotel, would come again.

We stayed 3 nights and were very happy with this hotel. Located within a short walking distance from the Nagano train station made getting in and out quite easy. It is also located close to many small restaurants offering a variety of cuisines.

Great breakfast - with a view

A short walk from the station with comfortable well equipped rooms. The breakfast was the best we have had in three weeks touring Japan lots of local specialities (soba, tempura grape leaves, interesting egg and tofu dishes etc) freshly prepared and of very good quality served in a top floor dining room looking out over the surrounding hills.

This place was incredibly easy to find, super close to the train station, the room was very quiet at night, everything was clean and I found the amenities all decent quality. The breakfast buffet was really good as far as hotel breakfasts go. Great choice for the money!

An excellent property that is conveniently located to public transport. The Nagano station is only a 5-minute walk away. There are numerous places to eat all within a comfortable 15-minute stroll. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were amazing! Rooms are large and very well appointed. Excellent value.
