"Hotel’s onsen as shown in the website pictures are for members only. Only basic dormitory style rooms were offered with public bath which had water pressure problem that 2 cannot wash at the same time. The bath uses regular, non-hot spring water which only open from 800-2000. No hot water in the dormitory bathrooms. Hotel is well equipped with gym and game room however for members only. Wish more clarification on the booking sites for this. "

"観光で2泊しました。 より駅に近いホテルもありましたが、上田城・商店街・飲み屋街に近い側だったので、不便とは感じませんでした。 設備は年季を感じさせますが、清掃されていました。 一点気になったのは、窓の外からファンの音（室外機？）がし続けた事です。ただ、雨戸を閉めれば気になりませんでした。"
