「We had a lovely stay in Hotel Santo Stefano. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel was located on a lovely square and was very convenient for sightseeing. I particularly liked that before we arrived the hotel contacted me to ask whether we wanted our rooms made up as doubles or twins. And they also booked our water taxi to the airport for us before we arrived. 」

「Hotel restaurant is fairly good, bar is great, especially the waiters and bartenders are in good energangy. Location is in the city center closed to ferry station. If you are in for shopping, this is also a good place to stay with all the luxury brands around. The only problem I have is the drainage system in the shower/bath tub. The water goes down very slowly, everytime I took shower, it will take 15 minutes till the wastewater to go down completely. I notified the front desk to send someone...
