「Although the guest services were excellent, I ended up moving out after one nights stay. The smell of mold was overwhelming and tiny bugs were bitting me all night. I was afraid to take a shower because of how the fixtures looked. There was also what appeared to be a dried up blood stain on the bed covers. My money was refunded and I was able to immediately move into another hotel where my stay was marvelous. I’m so sorry to make such an unpleasant review.」

「Pool was closed for maintenance so that was a bummer. Property was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially Janine (I think) in the restaurant area during breakfast. Area felt safe」

「Found 1 dead roach under the table, 1 trying to escape the tub. The pool was closed and looked terrible. Funny smell in the halls. The. Jacuzzi look like it had cigarette burns on it and not well maintained. The AC struggled and the room. Was fairly warm. The front staff seemed nice enough. The public restroom had a dead roach in the middle of the floor. The urinal was leaking. Gives me the impression there's no maintenance to the buildings.」

「We stay here every year, the staff is always beyond friendly. Hotel is clean. Free breakfast is decent. 」

「There was a lot to like about this hotel. The attached restaurant with a patio, excellent gym, park within walking distance to walk or run outside, breakfast was decent and the staff were very helpful/kind/ professional. The only downside was the highway noise but this did not affect our visit.」

「The room smelled of smoke and cleanliness was an issue. The worst is a large bug crawled out from under the bed. I left at 3 in the morning because I was so uncomfortable in the room. You have a lot of work to do to clean up this facility. 」
