"Upon checking in, we realized the refrigerator was not working, yet it was plugged in. We went downstairs to let the front desk worker know, but were told that she was at the other building. We relayed the message about the refrigerator to the man who was cleaning. Then we left, only to return to the situation not being handled and our leftovers that we brought back had to be trashed. As we were checking out, I informed the clerk and he said there was no request submitted for it to be fixed."

"They downgraded us from our reserved king to a double queen in the basement. Our view of the window was a solid wall. There was no pressure in the bathroom sink and the hinges were broken on the bathroom door. When I provided the feedback, all I got was a thank you. No apologies or any thing else. Shuttle to the airport only runs at the top of the hour so make sure you plan accordingly. We ended up using a drive service instead."
