We truly appreciated everyone who works at Tru by Marriott in Fort Mill! Laura was a rockstar and helped us get checked in and settled. She was also so kind and friendly and talked with us like we were long lost friends. The hotel was great! Good breakfast options each day and fun game room to entertain our family while we waited for others. Very much appreciate everyone and everything!

The room was clean and the ac was very comfortable. The next morning the dirty towels were removed and the garbage cans were emptied, but the bed was not made. There was a twenty dollar per day charge for essentials (whatever that was). Booked a king room, When I received the key card the room was occupied by someone else. I went back down to the desk. Staff was very apologetic, but there were no more king rooms available. I settled for 2 queen beds. I was disappointed that they didn’t give me a discount due to the error.

the room was very spacious and clean. I enjoyed the walk-in shower very much. My wife and son enjoyed the breakfast and pool table. What I did not like was that I had requested a ground floor because I am in a wheel chair sometime and in case of a fire I could not move down the stairs. Luckly there was no fire. The staff was very accommodating and were helpful when we requested something. Overall my rating would be a 4.999999999999 out of 5.0. I also know that I will make my reservations thru the motel from here out and if I do book thru a third party, I will call the hotel to confirm that my requests are met.

Breakfast was good. The staff was very good. Nadia was excellent. Did come back one evening at 6:30pm and the air conditioner covers were all in the hallway being serviced. We finally got back in our room at 7. Not sure how that schedule was decided.
