Great hotel- will be our go-to in the future in this area. Our room was updated, clean and comfortable and the bathroom has a fan which is important to me. AC worked well. Pool was warm and perfect for the kids. Courteous staff. Only downside was no free breakfast but that’s because you can pay for a really good one at the restaurant.

Came in for volleyball tournament hosted at Rock Hill Convention Center. Washer & dryer area was out of order (which sucked because I had to wash my daughters jerseys for the next day tournament). So hand wash them in sink in the room … then, no blow dryer! Of all times, I needed one .. called down & the girl said she would bring one … never showed up over an hour. The lady who checked us in was absolutely fantastic and kudos to her. She was fantastic .. the facility itself I was disappointed in, considering HI. More tournaments coming up hosted in the area and I will probably not be back.

The hotel overall is nice. The staff is friendly, the hotel is clean, they have food and a bar. I give this hotel a 1 star because at 9:25 housekeeping opened my room door. Checkout is at noon. There was no reason for them to be at my room let alone open my door. For a woman traveling alone that is scary to be awaken to this when I'm the only one with a key. For this it felt unsafe.
