「Todo bien,」

「A couple of the lights in our room did not work. The HVAC controller on the unit was dismantled. We figured out that the heat/ac was controlled by a wall thermostat. But, when they dismantled the controls on the unit itself, they might have left a note or sign. I just knew to look on the wall. Also, the refrigerator did not have a freezer. When we travel from Florida to head north for the summer, we typically need a freezer to at least refreeze the ice packs for our coolers.」

「Just a one-night stay but found beds comfortable, room very nice, and quiet. Not a big fan of most hotel free breakfasts, but found it satisfying.」

「There was a lot to like about this hotel. The attached restaurant with a patio, excellent gym, park within walking distance to walk or run outside, breakfast was decent and the staff were very helpful/kind/ professional. The only downside was the highway noise but this did not affect our visit.」

「My only concern was the shower area was not all clean. There are marks in that area which appears to be oil and dirt film that was never cleaned effectively. The staff were very nice. I love the extra towel bin in the hall next to the elevator. The breakfast was hot and the area was cleaned and stocked. I would stay here again. 」

「The staff were very nice. There was an issue with the toilet when we arrived, but once notified it was fixed immediately. The pool was great for the kids and my husband and I enjoyed the gym. The space of the room was perfect and the kitchen area was well stocked.」

「None of the amenities I could use since the were renovating and I didn't even get a discount. Drunk men were hanging out in the hallway and one of them threw up all over the carpet.」

「Didn’t like much about the hotel but front desk lady was very friendly and helpful. Hotel desperately needs a renovation. Guests loud at night outside their rooms drinking and carrying on. Definitely not a family friendly hotel. Breakfast was low on selection, no orange juice no yogurt etc.」

「The front desk girls were snotty, but thankfully the manger was so very kind. The entire hotel was a disaster. It was gross and run down and smelled. I will never stay at this location ever. If you just don’t care and wanna sleep then do it, but from the lobby to the elevator to the hallways to the room was just gross. Felt so dirty when I left. It was definitely not worth the money at all!!」
