「Booked a stay here for a 12 hour layover because they provide a shuttle service. Shuttle did pick us up from the airport but when we got to the hotel they were overbooked and said they didn’t have any rooms. I already pre paid for a double bed room 3 months in advance. They did get us a room but with one bed so I had to share a bed with my teenage son. Then when I asked about the shuttle for in the morning they said it was booked so I had to pay for uber to get back to the airport. Front desk...

「The restaurant was closed for renovation, there was no filling station for water despite the amenity being featured on the description, the "store" coolers were mostly empty, and there were leaks / caution signs in the halls. I asked to use scissors and the staff had none. The parking lot connected to an alley with vagrants. It was a good value but not a "nice" place to stay.」

「Everything was excellent. The breakfast was plentiful and the details were thoughtful. Free coffee, iced lemonade, and cookies were provided in the lobby for everyone to enjoy. The hotel was also very nice and clean. My whole family was very satisfied.」
