「From the time of pre-arrival and throughout our entire stay, the staff were nothing but kind and accommodating!! We came in with 11 families taking up 11 rooms on every floor except the 2nd floor Lol. We used the grill, the common room, and tried to be mindful and inclusive of other guests and staff as much as possible. Thank you so very much for being so accommodating!! We had some families with little ones that couldn't travel with both parents so others had to help, but staff placed other...

「Stayed here the previous week and so I returned this week. Clean rooms, easy location for client meetings. If you need a nice clean bed, no frills hotel… I would definitely recommend. Staff was also very nice」

「Staff was unhelpful and rude. It took over 40 minutes to get the shuttle from the airport. The hotel is only five minutes away from airport. Bed frame was broken and lopsided.」

「I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant—it had a great atmosphere, excellent food, and made it so convenient to enjoy a nice meal without leaving the hotel. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! Oh and the AC actually works unlike other hotels in NYC」
