「Staff were nice and helpful. The layout and all set up are above standard.
I didn’t know they had a new policy for the swimming pool access when I booked the room, I got a message from the hotel they only allow guests of superior room or higher to access, or you pay for extra, When we checked in the staff gave us complimentary access, I don’t know if this is special treatment or for all guests who didn’t know the changes. The swimming pool was small and also a bit crowded, they rented out one...

「The stay was just okay, but definitely not worth the money paid. The accommodation was average and didn't meet my expectations for the price. It was fine for a short stay, but I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for good value for money.」

「Everything was great and very convenient! The location was excellent, and overall, I really enjoyed my stay.
The only thing I would suggest improving is the pillows. I had read other reviews mentioning them and thought they would be okay, but unfortunately, they were very flat and not fluffy or comfortable. Better pillows would definitely make the stay even better.
Another suggestion would be to provide an easier way to contact someone in case of an emergency or if immediate assistance is...

「Great location, walkable to Manchester centre in about 25 minutes or 10 min Uber ride. Check in was easy and the studio had everything we needed for a short break - no frills and basic but all you need.
The main entrance needs some TLC as the hand rail came off in my hand which was quite dangerous and one of the stair edges came away - which again could be dangerous.」
