We received a room upgrade as the hotel was quiet. Room is clean and large. Negatives were the hand wash and shower gel had run out and the coffee machine wasn’t working properly. All first world world problems and we could have got it sorted but we were only here for one night… Restaurant was nice and food freshly cooked. Good hotel in the city.

One of the best hotels in Manchester. Check in was very quick and room was clean. Parking across the road at NCP and there are lovely restaurants on Cheetham hill road. I had very pleasant stay.

This is a great hotel if you’re catching a concert in the AO arena. It’s also close the the Armadale Centre for shopping. Hotel is nicely finished and most staff we encountered during the stay were polite and helpful.

The staff were lovely, the beds were comfy but unfortunately we had a dirty towel, faulty shower door, old sweet packets left & we could hear the people next door so clearly as it was it was an adjoining room which woke us up earlier than we wanted. Area not great, but hotel is!

Hotel isn't in the best area of Manchester, but is in very close proximity to AO Arena which was the reason for our visit. The hotel itself is very good though, perfectly clean with comfy bed. Pillows were not to our liking, very soft, but this might be good for some people. If staying over for an event at AO Arena, then this hotel is perfect (literally around the corner).

Nice hotel. Good breakfast. Nice spa area. Little bit noisy on floor 1. Could hear doors opening and closing. A bit far from the city centre. Lots of walking or Uber.
