The Queens Guest House is excellent value for money. The rooms are very clean as are the shared bathrooms and toilet If you dont have en suite.
I stayed here for 11 days whilst between house's and I would highly recomend this guest house.

Did the job
Place was nice and quaint. Service for the shared bathroom is once a day and was adequate. The room was kind of old though and needed maintenance. Good place to stay if looking for the practical abd bare minimum amenities.
The place is horrendous but you get what you pay for.
Check in was easy and bed was clean and comfortable but that’s about it.
Single glazed windows where two were stuck open (I stayed in November 29th!)
If you literally need somewhere dry to sleep for a few hours after a night out in Manchester for dirt cheap I would recommend though.

Ideally situated for public transportation into city centre. Numerous eateries situated within foot. No food available. Rather run down and seedy. Limited reception staff hours. Close to children’s nursery. Security an issue.
Arrived on a Friday night. Gentleman that greeted was friendly and helpful regarding the parking.
Entered the room and was left a little disappointed, the TV did no work, the bathroom was so tiny you couldn’t move around in it, the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor, stained grid cover, and glass shower screen covered in old water marks.
The bed seemed like a camp bed, really squeaky and not comfortable, barely slept all night. The walls are paper thin, and the floor boards were creaky I could people in other rooms above walking around and talking.
Wi-Fi connection was great and fast.
Online pictures are very deceiving.
mould on the shower, no proper windows in the room, uncomfy bed no bin and was cold

Staff are very helpful. Cheap Price I payed for a comfort room and it was lovely and cozy as if I was in someone's home! Don't expect too much from some where offering this price it's a steal with Manchester prices at the moment!
Excellent customer service by the guy on reception who sorted out a room misunderstanding and without a fuss it was done . Super helpful staff members make all the difference.
Am uneventful stay and a good night's sleep

An ok stay for one night, just know that it’s a little away from where things happen. Worked fine for me, used the tram, a 10-15 walk from hotel. And was the cheapest option when you order in last minute on a match day .
You get what you pay for.
We were let down by another apartment so booked this last minute. The man on reception was very helpful, the place wasnt great but it was warm and dry and somwhere for us to get a few hours sleep and we were very happy
