「The room was okay, the bed was comfortable, the property was quiet. We registered for a assessable room with a roll in shower and did not receive this. The bathroom was very difficult to use for a mobility impaired person and that was why we registered for the room that we did, so that was a bit disappointing but it was just a quick overnight stop.」

「Everything started ok but when I went to get some Ice could not find any so called the desk and I had to go down a floor for the Ice no Ice on my floor. The room was nice but hard to get the temp steady it would get hot and air would come on at it was way to cold so at night I would get hot then cold need to fix there setup air on window and control on other wall. I did not eat breakfast but went into the dining area right before breakfast end to use the toaster and the employee working in the kitchen was kind of rude to the other employee and her attitude in front of guests was not a good look for the hotel. Otherwise everything went great. I was only there for about 10 hours total. 」
