「Opera house in the Bronx is a great hotel. The rooms are clean spacious the staff is friendly accommodation. Our flight landed early and they were gracious to let us stay in the lobby before we can check in early. I wanted to get an additional room for another friend and I understand why. The service was phenomenal. Thank you 」

「總體上尚可，但有兩點我很不能接受： 1. 我訂第二便宜的雙人套房，上面並沒標示廁所需要跟別人共用，我argue了一番才讓upgrade 2. 再我都繳清一晚70鎂後，櫃檯又跟我charge八晚180鎂的facility fee, 那我當初幹嘛訂這家，一晚90鎂我有很多更好的選擇，有被坑的感覺，如果不改善我以後不會用你們的平台了」
