"Staff is friendly even if they could not speak English. The building is old. Plumbing fixtures are old. Had a hard time figuring out how to get hot water in the bathroom. Television does not work. No signal. Internet connection is poor. No AC/heating. No elevator. I arrived at 2 am, tired, and had to drag my luggage up the stairs. The so-called breakfast was a disappointment. I had to go out to get a decent breakfast."

"Excellent hotel, excellent location and excellent staff. The rooms were more than what we expected, and very clean. Comfy beds and pillows. The staff are fantastic and honest workers. We had an issue with our door not closing and the staff looked after our things so our plans were not ruined while it got fixed. Very honest people. I rate this hotel 10/10. I will come here with my family again and spread the word without a doubt."
