「The room and bathroom were both spotless. Staff very friendly and helpful especially when I put the wrong registration number in for the car park. We had dinner in the restaurant on our last night and it was perfect.」

「 It seems that the staff are not used to greet guests good morning and the like. Also ,the restaurant is under renovation until end March, so reduced breakfast has to be served inside room. The environment outside the hotel is good,though, with many restaurants nearby.」

「Very clean, amazing hotel, love the decor, love all the fancy lights in the rooms. Shower could of been hotter. Plenty of choice for the breakfast buffet, only thing we couldn't work out was the coffee machine pod. There was noise coming from outside but that was from the binmen I believe and it was at 6 30am on a Sunday morning , which I didn't want waking up at that time. Other than that it was a comfortable night and will be back again」

「離市中心一般，回酒店時要經過一條很斜很斜的路（Steep Hill），沒有自駕車極不便。 雖然有升降機到達3樓，但經濟房間那邊，仍然要經過約5至6級梯級，要搬運較重的行李箱極不便。 服務員，態度好。剛入住時，天氣非常熱，詢問要把風扇，第2天才有，已是幸運。」

「We stopped here for one night as a stop off before travelling again the next day. Room was clean and tidy. We ate at the restaurant and the food was spot on. I should have done my research before going as if I knew there was crazy golf there aswell I would have checked in before I did so we could have a game of crazy golf. We would defo stop again.」

「Upon arrival we found the receptionist, Jenny very welcoming and helpful. Dining room staff were also friendly and provided an excellent service. Dinner was well presented and very tasty. Our room was delightful, clean, warm and comfortable, providing a restful and convenient environment needed for our three night stay. We shall certainly return and recommend to others. Thank you ! 」
