Great location for the town centre. The bedrooms were great. Parking on site was handy. Saturday nights are a bit noisy due to local night life, however the rest was fine.

The first thing to comment on is how good the staff were. Helpful and friendly in every area. In other areas the experience was good but fell down slightly on detail. The room was cosy, but needed a bit of TLC. A bit of paint touching here and there. Dinner was good, but the sea bass was tiny and the lamb pie was parsimonious with the lamb. The sticky toffee pudding could have been warmer. The menu is not cheap. At breakfast ingredients were excellent but eggs cooked too long, tomatoes too little. Despite being situated in a central location our room was very quiet room and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. However our shower head was not as clean as it could have been and the grouting and silicone needed attention. A few other areas could have done with a bit of a lick of paint too. Overall we were very pleased with our stay in the hi and in Boston, have never been before and found enough to do for a night’s stay.
