Great stay - comfortable beds, breakfast was tasty and the bathroom was super clean. Only slight issue was the room got hot but it was 25°C outside so understandable. Would stay again

Ac wasn't working properly Bed was very firm and pillows too soft Bathroom door needed easing as kept sticking. Breakfast was OK the first morning but second morning was terrible, even telling us they had run out of poached eggs ! Don't think we'll be back

It's a smart hotel - very corporate in image. Staff are very helpful and it's clean. The shower in my room didn't work - I think that the head was blocked in some way. Bed was a bit hard. Breakfast could so easily have been better - not a lot of choice. The choice of fresh fruit was disappointing. But the evening meal was outstanding, hot and excellent value. Overall it was pretty good value for money and I'd use it again.

Only stayed here because this was the only accommodation available last minute for Lincoln Steampunk weekend. Highly priced, hard mattress so not entirely comfortable and charge for parking extortionate!!

I didn’t realise the tea and coffee and kettle were available until the next morning as it was hidden away in a drawer, it would have been nice to have a cuppa with the lovely cookies on arrival, perhaps a note saying kettle in drawer would help
