However, the hot tub after one use wasn’t maintained by staff, it wasn’t treated and therefore started to look murky and smelt unusual. "My family and I spent the weekend at the 33 lodge located inside the Southview Holiday Park. It was a beautiful place and we all loved it so much. It felt like a home away from home. We also had a beautiful hot tub and enjoyed every bit of it. I highly reccomend this lodge for a nice family break. It has all the essentials needed in a home, it is very clean and very well taken care of. As a plus, there's so much to do around there for both adults and kids 👌💯"

"Lovely rooms only issue was heat in room and a very small fan to compensate really not adequate for room need to invest in larger fans at least very warm and uncomfortable sleep so not great as a nights sleep. Good location shame about the street outside at night full of kids and foreign people being noisy l."

"Stayed in the quad room (2 Queen size beds). Good size room and quiet. Only down sides are that the bathroom can be cold as only heating is an electric towel rail and the heating in the room isn't really sufficient for the size of the room and takes a long time to warm the room up. TV signal is a bit patchy and glitches on some channels. Car park near hotel isn't big enough when it's busy but there is plenty of other parking further away. Also WiFi wasn't working when we stayed but was told that staff were aware and was being resolved but didn't come back on during our stay."

"Booked my elderly disabled parents in at the hotel. Olivia on the front desk was very friendly and helpful with the booking process, making sure they were in a suitable ground floor room. The room was lovely and clean. My parents couldn’t operate the heater so went to ask Olivia to help them and she cans straight away and altered the settings for them so they were warm enough. Will definitely book them in to stay there again when they next come to Lincoln to visit"

"We had lovely weekend stay at The Quayside Hotel. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet and the walk in shower and separate bath were a welcome change. We dined in the restaurant on one night and found the menu to be extensive and quite reasonably priced. The food was delicious and very well presented. The ambience was relaxed and the decor felt modern and chic. The Continental breakfast was also well stocked with plenty of choice to suit all morning palettes. From check in to check out, everyone at The Quayside Hotel was friendly and helpful. In all, we had a very relaxing and pleasant stay."
