「We went with my family for my 40th birthday. Our welcome was superb and our room was lovely. My daughter did complain that she had to sleep on a sofa bed while we got the comfiest bed I’ve slept in. 「Location is perfect for access beach location. Eating options was good. 3 restaurants on site to choose from. The staff was excellent. Turndown/room service twice/day. Fabulous to have. Experience no issues. Contacted them for minor thing with door, but tech was at the room less than 60 seconds. This place was on it. Will definitely return!」

「Beautiful villa. Our butler Saman was amazing. It’s a bit away, about 10mins from the main action. We had rental cars and it was perfect. We were able to explore but also come back to our villa to enjoy the pool annd the lagoon beach. We had ages 5 to 75 annd everyone walked away with a great time. Amenities are plentiful. 「The public areas of the property are aesthetically appealing, featuring a well-maintained swimming pool. Excellent access to the beach with lounge chairs is available. The front desk staff and restaurant personnel are both friendly and accommodating. However, the condition of the rooms is disappointing. The room I occupied lacked soundproofing; noises such as children shouting, footsteps from the upstairs guests, and conversations in the hallway were clearly audible and echoed into the room....

「I’ve stayed here a few times but sadly I’m not confident I would return again. The property & rooms are nice but I don’t feel the value is there anymore. It’s not 5 star anymore. I loved the service everywhere but I was surprised with the subpar food & drink service at The Beach. It’s slow & you pretty much have to do things yourself. None of the servers pick up any of the food or drinks either, so everyone’s cans & pizza boxes go flying so the beach got dirty quickly. The lack of food options...

The concierge service at Long Bay Beach Club coordinated VIP airport entrance and transportation to the villa and we skiped the long line.
