「I loved everything about my trip from the staff greeting us from the Taxi to the staff asking us if they could help after we checked out. Room was 10/10, staff was 15/10 beyond great, Breakfast at multiple locations was top tier and the customer service made the food even better! Beach view was awesome as well. Will be booking again next year! Can’t wait The resort lived up to the name “Seven Stars” because that’s what they deserve!」

Upgrade of offered bathroom toiletries. little things like fancy rolled towels, upgraded kitchen in room, detail to groomed landscaping, welcome drink upon arrival, and food/drink delivery service on the beach. Assistance from desk clerk as well as housekeeper was noticeable. The full laundry appliances in the room were very helpful. The outdoor grilling area near the pool was very helpful since...
