「Staff: All helpful and friendly. Room: (1) Curtains need replaced. Noticed in 2 of 2 rooms seen. (2) Bathroom vent did not work. Main bathroom light did not work. Hair dryer did not work. Fitness Center: 1 of 2 treadmills did not work. Operating treadmill noisy, as if near failure. Overall: Facility needs to be on a five year renovation schedule of rotational rooms undergoing perpetual upgrades. Also need a maintenance team. 「Absolutely unacceptable. I checked in with my wife and our 5-year-old child and was shocked by the condition of the room. The bed sheets were dirty, the room smelled of moisture, there were blue mold-like stains on the walls, the towel had yellow stains, and we even found small bugs on the pillows. This is not only disgusting but also a serious health concern, especially for families with young children. No guest should ever be given a room in this condition. I would never stay here again and...

「I've stayed at days in before, and received great customer service. The staff was not helpful at all. I had several rooms because we were there foe a graduation. They had cheaper rates the day of and would not honor there current rate. The hotel rooms looked as if they were all under construction. Two of the rooms had broke. Faucets. The tub was filthy. Stains were on the sheets in two of the rooms. I will never stay at this location again.」

「The room was exceptional...clean, quiet, great sleep and a good breakfast...absolutely no complaints! The young guy at the desk when we checked in was very nice, friendly and helpful ( Branden), and when I thought I didn't have a hair dryer I called down and talked to (Shamika...I think I'm saying the right!!??) who also was very nice to talk to and told me to look behind the bathroom door..lol! Would definitely come back again. Thanks for everything!」
