"Our four nights at Cordis in a Club room was made perfect at the lounge, with its lovely view of Hong Kong particularly at sunset, where a wide assortment of afternoon tea treats plus nightly drinks and canapés were served. Special mention goes to the lounge staff in particular Crystal (who went far and beyond to make our stay a memorable one) and Mahen (who made us feel very much at home). Beyond the lounge was a bright, spacious and beautiful room with various amenities. The icing on the cake for me was the 18/20 metre heated lap pool on level 41, which I thoroughly enjoyed at 7.30 am. "

"It was my GF first birthday trip staying at Eaton HK hotel and it was truly an unforgettable experience! On the very first day of my stay, I was surprised to find a beautifully prepared birthday cake waiting for me in the room. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made me feel incredibly welcomed and appreciated. "We had the most incredible stay at Four Seasons Hong Kong! Our 7 days could not have been more perfect and this was mainly due to the wonderful people there. The Executive Club/Lounge Team are truly amazing, always so friendly, helpful and professional. Special mention needs to go to all of them and apologies if I have missed anyone, Christine, Elise, Anthony, Connie, Christina, Ryan and Osman. They gave us some really lovely surprises, a big birthday macaroon with Prosecco, a beautiful hand written card highlighting our experience watching the football team we support and other beautiful, thoughtful treats. Another huge surprise which was arranged by the Executive Team was when, upon our arrival at the airport for our sad departure (we didn’t want to leave the Four Seasons Hotel and HK), we were greeted by Christopher and Johnson from the Airport Team who very kindly helped us through check-in and took us right up to the security area. The Housekeeping Team is also second to none, they do an immaculate job each and every day, well twice a day! The property itself is superb with excellent amenities and our Executive Harbour View room was fabulous with everything we could possibly need. A visit to the lovely Spa is an ideal way to relax after a busy day exploring HK. The pools are great with inspiring views of the harbour and Central. A heartfelt thank you to the special people we met as this was simply the best holiday of our lives! "

"The hotel was clean and staff were good. Comfortable and clean room, location was great close to transport,easy walking to shops and restaurants. It was right on the waterfront, view was lovely. We stayed for 8 nights, it was perfect. We also had stayed at this hotel before, so it was a repeat stay."
