"Good waterfront location with dining and bar on site. Pool and hot tub well maintained and while we couldn't locate pool towels, a friendly lady eventually came around with some small locker sized towels. Double beds almost kept us from choosing this location, but the rooms were adequate and the a/c worked. Expect not to have a room available until after 4pm check in time and be ready to wait again in line. Breakfast was included and there was good enough variety though not enough seating as breakfast was displaced for a meeting. Kayaks and boats available for rental as well as group tours and have good reviews. Plenty of food options close by with nice views and outdoor dining. It appears that they were recently acquired by Wyndham and small renovations were in process during our stay. Will likely stay again. "

"Free parking. Room was basic but clean. The property was still under repair from 2024 hurricane. The shower in the neon green ground floor room needed a squeegee to drain water, as the drain was higher than the shower floor. Beds were comfortable. Strong smell of marijuana outside rooms and near office. We thought we had booked the Island Hotel carry corner from the Cedar Inn. Our mistake on Expedia. "

"Older hotel but well kept and clean. A few areas could use some attention, but overall pleasant. Front desk staff person was very friendly and welcoming. Nice pool, but it was too chilly to use it while we were there."

"The room was awful, stains on the furniture and carpets, hardly any equipment in the cupboards, no coffee/tea bags for the coffee machine, the fridge freezer was rusty all down the front. There was one bar of soap and one shampoo for a 4 day stay. The towels and bedding were clean. Nothing alluring about this hotel except the location. "

"Love the location. Several good restaurants within walking distance. Very clean. Parking is a bit tight though."

"The restaurant and dock next door were pretty, as pictured, and there was a gorgeous view out of the room window, but the hotel itself was shady. It was old, dirty, dilapidated, and falling apart. Rusty lights, caulking on the floor, door jambs were rotting out. Four locks on the door, some of which did not work. For $120, I would have expected something a little less ancient. Room did have hardwood floors, and the hotel staff was very nice."
