However when I came in at 11am they said the room was ready but that I would have to pay $50 to check in early, which is annoying because the room was ready and would have to wait out in the lobby until 4 when the room was already clean and ready. After a whole 12 hrs of plane rides to get their I was just ready to go in. "

"This hotel is undoubtedly family-friendly, but it comes with a lot of foot traffic and noise. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my reservation after two nights. My room was right next to the stairs, and there was constant foot traffic. If you have kids, this place might be suitable for you, but just make sure your room is far away from the pool and stairs. The staff was very kind and made the room cancellation process easy and helpful. "

"Pool and Jacuzzi not open except for evenings -which is a real downer since I search and book accommodations according to amenities offered. Also the fixtures in bathroom were very clunky and loud while adjusting water temp. or flow. Toilet water pressure for flushing was horrible. "

"The room was clean the first day. Our coffeepot was broken we had to ask for another one. I had to request the room be cleaned & the maids failed to give us towels & wash rags. The maids left our door open after finally cleaning.The hotel front desk made sure every issue was resolved & gave us a free breakfast to compensation. I wasn't happy with having to pay for parking 🙃. "
