"We had a drunk and disorderly neighbor, pants unzipped, belt undone that was looking through our window, yelling at us and egging my husband onto fight, cussing at us through our door.
When we told the staff that he was acting aggressive and inappropriate, they simply told us they called his room and seemed to not be the aggressor. Instead of investigating and accommodating, they said “we’ll just refund you right now” and requested we not call the police even though we didn’t feel safe in our room.
Needless to say, we left that night. Although they seemed apologetic after the fact. They were more concerned about optics than the actual safety of their residents."
