"Location, location, location! Small and quaint, friendly staff, amazing rooftop bar/restaurant. Great ambiance, good grub and delicious cocktails. Loved we could walk up a flight of stairs to Birdseye and have a beautiful ocean view. Our room had a balcony with an ocean view as well. Room was small but having the balcony made up for it. Bed was comfortable, sheets were so soft I actually ordered some online. For being right off Prospect it was fairly quiet. The town pretty much shuts down after 10pm. We walked everywhere, never had to get in a car. Love that! I would 100% go back to this hotel."

"This is a great family vacation stay. The property has everything and you cannot beat the location! Right on the beach and walking distance to restaurants. Not that you need to go anywhere, there are plenty of eating places on site that are delicious. The staff is so helpful and nice, you really never need to leave. The grounds are constantly maintained. You can tell they take really great care of the property. While the rooms might not be the most updated, they are incredibly clean. I would definitely recommend!"
