"Staff were very friendly and front desk staff at check- in were excellent, however, the bathroom ceiling was moldy. The little shmpoo bottle was empty and overall condition of the room was subpar. Discolored spots, stains on the walls and mismatched touch up paint spots."

"Overall, our stay was pleasant, and we appreciated that the room was clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. However, one concern did impact our experience. There was a group of young guests nearby who were quite loud late into the night, using profanity and drinking into the early hours. As our room was conjoined, we could clearly hear an argument that broke out, which made it difficult to get adequate rest. Unfortunately, we had a long drive the following day—originally 13 hours, extended to 15 due to traffic and an accident—so the lack of sleep made the journey especially exhausting. While we enjoyed many aspects of our stay, we do wish the noise disturbance had been addressed, as it would have greatly improved our overall experience."

"First appearance the property is nice, lobby area clean, and good staff. The room seemed clean and suitable but later noticed that it seems clean at first but really needs a deep cleaning. The bed slept good and the pillows were good. the bed pedestal put the top of the bed at about 3 foot from the floor, which seems to high. The main complaint about the room was the bathroom fan which comes on with the light switch. The fan was very loud and annoying when ever the bathroom light was on. The breakfast was OK, would have been nice to have had biscuit's and gravy like other La Quinta's we had stayed at. The location and services around the hotel was a plus as its location for the university is very close."

"When we stepped into our room we were hit by the “dog” smell. I tried spraying perfume or pou pouri around, but it only last a short time and the “dog” smell came back. That dogs had stayed in the room was confirmed when I found a wad of dog hair in the closet floor. If a hotel is going to allow dogs then make sure the room is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Dog people do not smell their own dogs as they get used to the odor. Not to be totally down on the hotel, the staff was very nice when we checked in and the breakfast attendant was very nice. She had some rowdy, messy kids and the parents didn’t make them pick up their mess, so she had to do it. Geez, parents, teach your kids some manners."
