It was just a plain hotel room. Nothing fancy not very comfortable just somewhere to rest for the night. Water temperature wasn't hot. Overall location was good with friendly staff but it definitely needs better upgrades to make the guest feel cozy

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The only issue I had was the bathroom vent fan started out VERY noisy and startling, but subsided after it ran for a minute. Over it was a good stay.

For the price of each night, it was reasonable especially considering the location. The professionalism of the front desk and room service staff was impeccable. I truly appreciate their quality of standards as well as the extra mile they went to inform me of my wife leaving something behind. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone passing through Louisville.

Totally decent place

It’s a Quality Inn motel; don’t expect the Ritz. Late night check-in was easy, breakfast was ready, room was reasonably clean, comfortable, and functional. There was an odd stain on each bed spread, but that was the worst of it.

Good find; more than adequate

I checked ratings beforehand but I was leery (only because I don't usually stay where there's outdoor room entry). Not many options in this immediate area. I was very pleasantly surprised. Economical, clean, good location. Front desk employees were courteous and professional.

Very clean. Nice tv with good channel selection. Water pressure was excellent. Bad was a bit hard for my preference but everything else was good. I did not take advantage of the free breakfast.

We were last minute check-ins. The clerk greeted us with a friendly smile, was curious, and knowledgeable. Everything looked to be fresh with paint. The beds were very comfortable and pillows also. The breakfast was nice and the area cozy. The Bathroom smelled and could have been better cleaned in multiple areas. Overall we had a nice experience.

Good value & location plus friendly stafff

I reserved 2 rooms for my family's trip over Veteran's Day. The check in process was easy and the staff were extremely nice & helpful. Both rooms were clean with the exception of a pair of socks between the bed & wall that did not belong to us. The breakfast is the standard continental style with microwavable breakfast croissants, yogurt, OJ, coffee, & waffle mix w/ a waffle maker. The outdoor pool was closed given the temperatures it is understandable. MI Rodeo is a Mexican restaurant next door and serves good food. The McD's across the highway was not impressive. The is also a Walmart close if you need things. I would recommend staying here.

I personally will never stay at a quality inn. Not that this place was terrible I was just let down yet again by quality inn. The pool is open 10a-9pm and is ONLY 5ft deep. The breakfast was waffles and cereal pretty much. They had yogurt, and microwaveable sandwiches but that was pretty much it. I would have just booked the cheapest hotel in town if that was gonna be all for breakfast and then I could’ve gone out to eat. The beds were rock hard. I tossed all night and it was sweltering hot. Not to count that the tv shut off at 10:45 and was never able to connect to the cable again for some reason. Hotels are not what they use to be. I hate that we paid so much when we could’ve got all that at a hotel 1/3 of the price. I just wish I would’ve gone cheap and saved my money. Like I said I’ve been let down too many times by quality inn and will try my best to never go to one again.
