「Very nice hotel rooms, clean comfortable good restaurants nice pool」

「Staff was not very helpful. They just pushed you on to the next person who “might” be coming in later but then they didn’t. Most of the time there wasn’t even anyone at the desk. Phone was not connected in room and was told they were being worked on but then realized it was simply unplugged. And the pool water did not look clean, which was something that I really wanted to do. The hot tub was empty. TV was dark and I asked for help and a guy that came in just acted like there was nothing...

「Terrible customer service. Hotel is very dated and needs massive renovations. No hot water while trying to take a shower. Do not stay here. 」

「Maintinance Man entered my room while I was naked and just getting out of shower. I failed to latch the door stop. Apparentlr he had akey. He did not even knock before entering my room. Freaked me out. Claims he was sent to repair something and came wrong room. Reported to front desk and nothing was done about it. Not even an apology from management.」
