"For the price I paid - I could have found a nicer place. It was a large hotel and only one elevator was working. It appeared to be almost fully booked w many people staying so the elevator situation was an issue. If I had known- I would have stayed elsewhere."

"We arrived super late as we were traveling from Texas. There was no parking left due to work trucks with trailers taking up 2-3 spaces. The elevator took forever to close and go up or down, often times the door would not close properly. Our key wasn’t working so we went to the front desk (2 times) and finally he came up to see for himself. It didn’t work, his master key didn’t work. He knocked on the door and a dude comes out! Someone was in our room- error by earlier staff and room assignments. We got the room next door, but it was not the same description that was booked. The positive feedback is that the staff were friendly."

"We accidentally made a reservation from Meridian, Mississippi, instead of Meridian, Idaho. When you realize this called your hotel and they associate there was happy to cancel and refund our payment. However, he also told us to email Expedia in order for them to call him and verify the situation. We did this and have not heard back yet from Expedia in any way shape or form they did send us an order about a hotel in St. George, Utah, which we stayed at months ago, but nothing about this one. If you can help us, we’d appreciate it!"

"William the front desk clerk were so nice and helpful. The room was not clean, but when I called William, he sent someone to sweep the floor. Air condition is not cool enough and you cannot make an adjustment at all. Overall my stayed is good since it's pretty closed to where my event in Temple Theater."

"Very friendly check in. Arrived a little late for dinner. Staff gave good recommendations for later appetites... Chili's was the best ever by the way. Clean and comfortable room. Everything worked. Lights, locks, TV. We never heard our neighbors. Hot shower with good pressure. Good variety for breakfast. Even breakfast staff was friendly and accommodating. This was a family trip. Would stay here again."

"The room was effectively clean. The comforter was stained on the outside. I wasn't too concerned about that. The reality is, I wanted a cheap room. I got one. Was it everything I'd like to have? No. But I didn't want to pay for a room that had everything I'd like to have. "I got what I paid for" and for that, I have no issues. There were some things broken. Shampoo dispenser in the shower. Light bulbs missing from the lamps. The chair seat was collapsed enough it was difficult to sit in it and bend over to tie my shoes. But still ... "it is what it is". The sheets and towels were clean. No evidence of bugs. No hassles in checking in other than being greeted in a "did you need something?" approach. Again ... don't care. just saying, if someone has any "average expectations" they'll likely be disappointed. But... I wasn't kept awake by smells. Wasn't disgusted by unclean or moldy conditions. No evidence of bugs. No comment regarding breakfast. My schedule required me to leave before breakfast was available."

"Sports teams were staying on the property. Around 9:00 PM teenagers were running, screaming, slamming/knocking on many doors and using profanity in the hallways especially across from my room on the 3rd floor. I went to the front desk to report this. The desk clerk informed security via walkie talkie. 15-20 minutes later the behavior escalated so I called the Meridian Police Department and asked for help. 30 -45 minutes later it finally stopped!! My family was scared especially when the teenagers knocked loudly on our door as we got ready for bed. What will Hampton Inn do about this??"
