「Our room was spacious and clean. Bathroom could use an update - may be time to remove the old telephone hanging on the wall in the bathroom. Otherwise, we would chose this hotel again when coming to Big Rapids.」

「The bathroom caulking could use a deep clean. The corners were very dark!」

「The staff was friendly. The beds are very firm. The bedding had stains on them and looked like they had not been cleaned. There is a strong old food odor which goes through the whole building. The breakfast quality was average. Did have fresh bananas and apples. For the price not a very good value. The kids did enjoy the pool which was warm. Great location and the restaurant that is attached is very good. Nice to have an attached place to eat.」

「The room was so clean, much more then many other places I have stayed. The staff was friendly and the pool was very nice. It was a nice location, easy to get to GVSU and then to other places around town. 」

「Convenient locations around, easy ac and heat use. The water from the showers could've been warmer and the curtains were weird as they didn't close all the way. Whenever I tried there was still a gap in the middle. Although it might just be user error or on the outside you can't see through the gap that's on the inside. 」
