"Everything was great, from friendly staff to cleanliness, the only complaint i have is that parking is $25 a night from the mall across(or $60 a night for valet parking), which i felt that guests that stay in the hotel shouldn't be charge for parking."

"I experienced some issues that were out of the hotel's control, such as construction noise around 1–2 AM. However, after a quick call just to verify the sound, the staff didn’t hesitate to offer me a room switch to the other side of the hotel. I really appreciate the quick response and excellent service. "The hotel was absolutely stunning and service was impeccable! Rooftop bar and restaurant were a delight as well as the lobby bar! Rooms were spacious, well priced and clean. Grounds were beautiful. Exterior streets were a bit not safe but always felt safe walking to property"
