"I liked the location of the property. My wife and I went to an event at Pershing Square, and we could walk to the event and back at 10:00PM. The shower set up was odd and my wife did not want to get her hair wet. The towel bar in the shower enclosure was loose."

"I stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed it so much. I got a room on the top floor overlooking Burbank. The pool and the garden were really nice too. I just wish I had more time on my schedule to enjoy the cafe/bar and the lounge. I would totally book here again."

"Good hotel when staying in LA for Universal . Hotel and rooms do look a little tired in places and in need of a refurb. We had a corner room on the ninth floor which looked over the freeway . You do experience traffic noise all day and night so if you are a light sleeper , may want to think about ear plugs . Staff are helpful and friendly"

"I am a cheap traveler. But when I come to universal studios there's a lot of benefit to staying at the Hilton universal city well worth the price. Honestly though, charging for breakfast, closing down 5 on the hill and jacking room and food prices up has made me reconsider. The hotel still gets 5 stars from me but I may have to rethink my next trip."
