"Excellent location for LAX. Shuttle runs 24/7. Rooms are large, clean and tastefully decorated. 2 Queen beds (rather than full sized). Ate at their restaurant twice. Service was excellent both times, Price for room was very good."

"Perfect for going to universal studios. Walking time with kids to universal was 5min. They have a shuttle to universal but it’s much quicker to just walk. If you have a large vehicle (I drive a pickup) you’ll need to use valet. The self parking structure is only 6’ 4”."

"The hotel is a great place to stay for a visit to Universal Studios. I would recommend walking to the park instead of waiting for the shuttle. It's not a long walk and is less crowded. The room was clean and the lobby market has a decent selection of snacks. However, our room smelled overwhelmingly of bleach and the AC was too loud. Also, the elevator was almost always out of order during the four days that we were there. The parking is convenient and covered. It is a good value for the price"
